Are there any teen girl soccer or track teams in New York City or Long Island that my daughter can join?

My daughter wants to join a sports team ASAP, either a soccer team or track. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find any teams in New York City or Long Island. Does anyone know of any sports teams she can join ASAP? She is 13 years old.
